Ingredients and Instructions: 4 cups fresh juiced carrot juice 1 cup cubed yam or sweet potato ½ avocado 2 tbs agave nectar Pinch of salt Pinch of cayenne pepper 1 ½ tsp pumpkin spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove) or to taste Blend all until well combined and smooth. Enjoy!
